Section numbers refer to Stewart Calculus: Early Transcendentals, 9th Edition. (This book is almost identical to the 5th, 6th, 7th, and 8th editions, which you may use as a substitute if it will save you money.)

This exam will cover weeks 1-11, but focus on weeks 6-10. i.e., Sections 7.8, 8.1-8.2, 10.1-10.4, 11.1-11.2 (WeBWorK 6-9). Topics covered include partial fractions, improper integrals, arc length, surface area, parametric curves, polar coordinates, sequences and series.
