Course description

Overview

Math 172 covers the material of MTH 162 in greater depth from the standpoint of both theory and applications. It is an entirely proof-based course.

Topics covered include integrals, sequences, and series.

Credit hours

This course follows the College credit hour policy for five-credit courses. This course meets 3 academic hours per week. The course also includes recitations for 2 academic hours per week.
